Celebrate Celtic culture in Michigan this summer with the return of the Saline Celtic Festival! On July 7 and 8, be sure to stop by the Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds to enjoy an all-Michigan-based band lineup filled with vibrant music from The Founding, Wakefire, Black Murray, Brother Crowe, Crossbow and Whorled.

The Saline Celtic Festival is back this summer, bringing the sounds of the Celts to Michigan on July 7 and 8. This year, the festival will be held at the Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds and feature an all-Michigan-based band lineup. Paul Wikarski, the Entertainment Director and a member of Brother Crowe, promises that the entertainment will be fantastic and the new location adds a fresh twist.

The Kalamazoo-based progressive folk band, The Founding, will be making their grand debut at the Saline Celtic Festival. Their vibrant approach to songwriting and unique instrumentation have won them fans across the country, and now they bring their Irish traditional band, On The Lash, to the festival. With exciting renditions of classic songs and fresh interpretations of established standards, they are sure to deliver a fantastic show. Wakefire, another Michigan-based band set to make their festival debut, is equally eager to bring their unique mix of Celtic Rock, Baroque Pop, Americana, folk rock, and Bohemian Cabaret to the hometown crowd. Being able to perform in their own backyard is a truly proud moment for the band and their eclectic music selection is sure to captivate the audience!

Audiences can look forward to the triumphant return of Black Murray, renowned for their lively fusion of classic and contemporary music. Brother Crowe, a Detroit-based four-piece band, will also be returning for their third time, sure to keep the crowds entertained with their gritty, bluegrass-infused Celtic roots rock. Local favorite Crossbow is a seasoned group known to captivate festival-goers throughout the Midwest with their spellbinding melodies. Finally, newcomer Whorled from Grand Rapids is ready to make an impression with their fresh tunes.

Ironwood, the Canton-based husband-wife duo, is proud to be showcasing their blend of original and traditional Celtic and folk tunes at the Saline Celtic Festival. The Dublin native Enda Reilly will mesmerize audiences with his renditions of Celtic classics, while McSpillin from Detroit serves up a delightful mix of Irish and folk music. North America's most exciting Irish quartet Finvarra's Wren will also entertain, along with Y-Town Hoolies and the young musicians from Saline Fiddlers Philharmonic, who will present a vibrant showcase of American folk, fiddle, bluegrass, jazz, western swing, and Celtic traditions.
