Question: Describe a time when you had to manage expectations of a very demanding client. How did you handle communication and ultimately satisfy their needs?
Answer: So, I think when dealing with high expectations and demanding clients, it’s really important to just make sure that the lines of communication are pretty consistent and constant, educating them before any particular event may occur, making sure that they understand each step of the process is really key. I highly like to utilize an actual phone call or an email over texting. Texts can be short and seem blunt or perhaps even a little harsh at times, so just using calmness and making sure that you are educating the client along the way, both before, during and after any particular event that may cause stress.
